Chef Zachary Schindler started off growing up with a father that was a cook and owned a small eatery and bar. He would help make food in the kitchen both at the restaurant and at home. He later traveled to get his degree in culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College after many friends suggested that he should become a chef of his own degree. After school Zach continued to learn and grow in his art, but found that he had a love of desserts. So teaching himself the refined art of baking and the basics he began to experiment and grow his passion into a business. Chef Schindler not only wanted desserts that looked good, but tasted good as well, so thats exactly what he set out to do. Now he has an online bakery where he can be creative and attentive to the customers.
